How to Communicate Confidently
Most of us would like to
learn to communicate more confidently. In fact, most people have a
lot of fear when it comes to speaking in front of a large group.
This is one of our largest fears ,public speaking. Do you not get
listened when you speak yet others do?
To be a good communicator
is more than how you speak as it includes your body language as
well. The first thing is to really believe in what you are saying.
If you do this your body language will in in accord with what you
believe.
If you are totally
convinced in what you say your tone will have power and confidence
and will hold peoples attention. If you speak useful, interesting
information you will get some appreciation and with will help build
up more self confidence.
Most of us have fears about
things that never happen. This also includes how other see us. We
tend to think other are more perfect than we are and we compare
ourselves with others and put ourselves down. However, in reality,
no one is perfect and we just should accept this as a core belief.
This will give us more confidence to communicate confidently.
A confident
communicator develops an ability to keep his emotionsn
check. This
ability
helps the person
to keep control of the situation.

Your body language does speak louder
than words. Women are expert at reading men's body language. They
start forming an opinion of you based on your body language, your
gestures, posture and eye contact.
Check out your body
language now and then and see if it is conveying nervousness or a
lack of confidence. A steady eye contact is good but not too much.
Little eye contact may convey a lack of confidence or shyness.
Confident communication
is something that you do not perfect in a day. You must
get
every opportunity to practice
to communicate.
Try to check your communication skills and the mistakes you make
along with the eeffect
on the other person. Try to learn from your experiences
in learning how to communicate

there is no reason why you
will not get better and better
